‘California Dreaming’ depicts the brilliant skies and vibrant landscape of the small coastal city of Laguna Beach at dusk. This haven for artists since the early 1900s is known for its art galleries, coves, and beaches. The scene captures the moments between the past, present, and future with possibilities that lie beyond the horizon. The inspiration for the painting pays homage to the State of California where I lived and worked for 8 years.
