Shipping Policy

Drawings by Donna ships original drawings within Canada and to the United States of America and to International locations.

All Print items (canvas or framed) and accessories (pillows, cards) ship direct from Printfy or Printful. Shipping times vary and will be identified at check-out. Drawings by Donna rates still apply.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments occur based on regular Canada Post hours. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All shipping in Canada occurs through Canada Post.  Shipping charges for your order are based on your item's size and weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Drawings by Donna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Drawings by Donna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
